Terms and Conditions
As I only produce in small quantities (or individual pieces), there is no shopping cart on this web site. If you want to buy something, please send me an e-mail (or phone me) - that way you will be sure that the item is still there before paying. I make every effort to describe everything as completely as possible and to take good pictures. However, colour display varies from one monitor to the next, so if you need a special shade, please order a color sample. Samples of all fibres are available for 0.50 € plus shipping cost. Of course you also can return items (except special orders) you do not like within 7 days, as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
I will ship immediately after receipt of payment (by cheque drawn on a French bank, bank transfer to a French or German bank, or PayPal - I'll let you know the details with my order confirmation). Shipment is at your risk (insurance is optional) and via the French mail service - if you prefer another solution, just let me know.
Shipping Cost
The tables below give just an indication - I will confirm shipping cost (which depends on the weight of the packaging material) with the order confirmation. There's also various insurance options which will increase the cost, but might be worth it, depending on the reliability of your county's postal service. Let me know what you prefer!

Allow for packaging material when estimating weight. "Colissimo" parcels are delivered without signature, "Colissimo recommandι" parcels need the receiver's signature. The amounts in brackets are the damages (flat rate) in case of loss.

Registered options are "Lettre prioritaire recommandιe" (priority letter) or "Colissimo" (parcels). Both need the receiver's signature. There's also further insurance options (let me know if you want some). I've grouped them in one column because lettre prioritaire costs less than colissimo, but only goes up to 2 kg.
